Uniform and Clothing Items

This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Province to prospective Respondents to submit Quotations for an Individual Standing Offer Agreement for Uniform and Clothing Items for the Occupational Health and Safety Division of the Department of Government Services.

The initial term of the Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year, with an option to extend. Based on mutual agreement of the Province and the Contracted Supplier, the Agreement may be extended for up to two (2) sequential 12-month extension periods, reviewed each year. The maximum duration of the Agreement, including all potential extension periods, shall be three (3) years.

If a Contracted Supplier declines to accept an extension period, the Province reserves the right to extend the Agreement on a month-by-month basis, for up to six (6) months to ensure continuity of service while the Province procures a replacement supplier.

The terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain fixed throughout the initial term of the Agreement and any extension periods, with the exception of any pricing adjustment mechanism.
