Request for Proposals For Bronchoscope Devices & Related Disposable Consumables

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Provision of Bronchoscope Devices, and Related Disposable (single-use) Consumables, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The scope of this RFP includes bronchoscope devices, and consumables of all sizes (Slim, Regular, and Large) with pediaric options.

• Visualization workstation (to be provided as loaner at no cost)
• Adult standard
• Adult slim
• Pediatric
• Neonatal/ultra slim

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) optional term of two (2) years.
In consideration of Shared Health’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Shared Health may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
