This Request for Quotations (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, to prospective Vendors to submit bids for The Provision of Renovation Services for Pickleball Courts at Grand Beach in the cottage community, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).
The renovation of the pickleball courts at Grand Beach represents a strategic investment in enhancing recreational infrastructure within the cottage community. This project focuses on upgrading the existing play surface, installing durable sport‑surfacing systems, and improving court amenities to meet modern standards for safety, performance, and community use.
