Construction of a bituminous pavement overlay including pulverization of existing surface, granular course, and milling the existing pavement on Provincial Access 670, from Provincial Trunk Highway 42 to Provincial Trunk Highway 21, for a total construction distance of approximately 0.70km, in the Municipality of Yellowhead.
