    The Toronto Parking Authority is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to support TPA Loyalty Program Phase 2 – Program Design and Operating Model.
    The successful Supplier will develop a loyalty program design blueprint that supports TPA’s mission and vision, is relevant to customers, is operationally and technically feasible, and is financially accretive for TPA and its partners.
