Provision of Mechanical Prime Consulting Services for Manitoba School Divisions

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, on behalf of Manitoba School Divisions (“Owner”) to Proponents to submit proposals for services as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Services”). In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, Preference will be given to Canadian and Non – US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

This RFP will not result in any contract. However, as projects are assigned to successful Proponents from the rotation list, the form of contract will be the ACEC 31, Prime Agreement between Client and Engineer, or other form of contract as mutually agreed to between the Owner and the successful Proponents
