    Description
    D2.          SCOPE OF WORK

    D2.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the rehabilitation of the 
    Goulet-Doucet water main river crossing under the Seine River using a pulled-in-place Flexible 
    Fabric Reinforced Pipe (FFRP) liner.

    D2.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
    (a)   Mobilization and site access;
    (b)   Pipeline and inspection launch wye access excavations;
    (c)    Disassembly and removal of launch wye and transition couplings;
    (d)   Pipe dewatering as required to complete the work;
    (e)   Pipeline cleaning, preparation, and inspection;
    (f)    Rehabilitation of the pipeline using a FFRP liner;
    (g)   Post lining inspection and pressure testing;
    (h)   Installation of end seals and termination couplers at both access pits; and
    (i)     Site restoration.

    D2.3        The following shall apply to the Work:
    (a)   City of Winnipeg Green Building Policy: New City-Owned Buildings and major additions;
