Office Building

Scope of Work

Complete construction of a new wood frame Office Building.

Project includes but is not limited to:
 

1. All necessary Building and Service Permits,
2. All necessary professional engineering and design services,
3. All management, labour, and supervision,
4. All materials, plant, tools, and transportation,
5. Complete Demolition of existing office building, including concrete foundation,
6. Complete construction of a granular base course foundation pad,
7. All mechanical services, equipment and installation,
8. All electrical services, equipment and installation,
1. Site improvements including asphalt apron & final grade around perimeter of building,
10. All reasonable incidentals necessary for the complete construction,
11. Warranty of workmanship and materials,

All work shall be performed to the highest industry standards, using best practices and skilled labour.

Any defects, substandard workmanship, or deviations from the approved plans and specifications shall be corrected at the contractor’s expense.

Workmanship shall reflect attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction.
