Qualified Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Multi-use List for the Service Area(s) identified in the attached RFS document that have a fully-executed Master Agreement (MA) with the Government of Manitoba for Professional Business Consulting Services, and a fully-executed Participating Addendum (entered into pursuant to the MA) with the Buying Group Member, are invited to respond to this RFS by completing section 2 and signing this RFS (a Stage 2 Submission).
