Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Bonding and Insurance Requirements.

MANDATORY BIDDERS BRIEFING has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026 @10:00 a.m. at the location of 1 Forks Market Road, gather at the south side of the Canadian Pacific Train Car.

Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

This Procurement is subject all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Trade Agreements.
