Fit Up/Relocation - 25 Tupper St. N., Portage Provincial Office Bldg.

Asset Management is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the supply of interior offices renovation for two different client groups. The supply of equipment and labour to fit up a new office space. The work to include supply and install new architectural, electrical, mechanical components and to coordinate with Asset Management’s outside vendor for installation of DIRTT modular wall systems and Knoll workstations. The Work shall encompass the fit-up of new office space to include new materials and finishes, electrical, data & voice and mechanical. The successful contractor will be responsible to include the installation of DIRTT & Knoll timelines into the construction schedule. The intent of this work, which encompasses two separate projects, is to create functional office space.
