Information Governance Maturity Assessment and M365 Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

The IESO is seeking a Service Provider to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the IESO’s IG program by evaluating current IG practices, capabilities, and risks across the organization, using recognized industry frameworks, standards, and benchmarks. The Service Provider shall also gather business requirements to understand current practices and business needs.

The result of the work completed under this RFP will inform the development of a tailored Target Operating Model (“TOM”), identify gaps and risks, and provide strategic recommendations. These outputs will form the foundation of a prioritized roadmap for IG modernization. The project will also deliver an implementation-ready M365 Governance MVP which will be piloted with one Business Unit as part of the project scope.

Eligibility Requirements:
In accordance with the Ontario Government’s Procurement Restriction Policy in force at the time of this RFP, Proponents that are US Businesses, as defined in Part 1.4 of this RFP, are not eligible to participate.  Any Proposal received from a Proponent that is a US Business will be disqualified and will not be evaluated.
Proponents that are a subsidiary of or controlled by a US Business, for which the subsidiary employs at least 250 full-time employees in Canada are eligible to participate.  Subsidiaries of a US Business that employ fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada are not eligible to participate and will be disqualified from review.
