McMaster University is seeking qualified bidders to provide comprehensive engineering studies for critical campus electrical infrastructure, including Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and Electrical System Coordination Studies. The University operates a complex electrical distribution system consisting of a 13.8 kV distribution network supplied through the NF91 yard and distributed across multiple campus substations. The purpose of this project is to assess the electrical distribution system, evaluate arc flash hazards and protective device coordination, identify opportunities to improve electrical safety and system reliability, and provide updated documentation and recommendations in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Agreement shall commence upon execution by both parties and shall remain in effect until completion of the Services and acceptance of all Deliverables by McMaster University. The anticipated project commencement date is November 2, 2026, subject to change at McMaster University's sole discretion. The successful proponent shall complete all work within the timeline proposed in its submission and approved by McMaster University.
