Provision of Consulting Services for Foundation Wall Repair and Site Works

This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, to prospective Pre-Qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for Brandon Agriculture Extension Centre Foundation Wall Repair and Site Works as further described in The Statement of Work (Appendix 1) (the “Services”).

In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.

Pre‑Qualified Suppliers must direct all questions regarding this Request for Services (RFS) to the RFS Contact by email. Any changes or clarifications to this RFS will be communicated to all Pre‑Qualified Suppliers through an addendum posted on MERX prior to the submission deadline.

The Pre-Qualified Suppliers are solely responsible for being aware of, and informing themselves about, any changes to RFS.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Location: 1129 Queens Ave., Brandon, MB
Date and Time: August 18, 2026 10:30 AM central time

Pre-Qualified Suppliers are to meet at 1129 Queens Ave., Brandon, MB prior to 10:30 AM central time to sign the site attendance sheet.

Pre-Qualified Suppliers are to pre-register by email to the RFS Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. Deadline for registration is 2:00 PM on August 14, 2026. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded.

If Pre-Qualified Suppliers are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFS Contact.

Pre-Qualified Suppliers are not entitled to rely on information received from Manitoba representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFS Contact has provided the information in writing.

Deadline for questions August 25, 2026. All questions must be submitted to the RFS Contact at Bids@gov.mb.ca. Manitoba will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is September 1, 2026 at 4:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
