Description:
The Faculty of Science at York University is seeking competitive proposals for the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a complete Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscope System. The primary goal is high-speed time-lapse 3D volumetric imaging of biological specimens, including whole-mount specimens of fish embryos and larvae, intact small organs or tissues, other small animal/macroinvertebrate specimens, and cleared tissue.
The vendor must provide a fully integrated solution comprising the microscope enclosure/chamber, illumination lasers, detection optics and cameras, acquisition workstation, and analysis software. The complete system must operate in a standard laboratory environment without requiring a dedicated darkroom or specialized vibration isolation infrastructure.
