This Solicitation is intended to establish a pre‑qualified vendor list across three service areas:
- Hosting Services – Delivery of Learning Management System (LMS) hosting to support public‑facing training delivery;
- Self‑Directed Online Training Modules (Ready-Made Content)– Supply of ready-made, vendor‑provided training content delivered through vendor‑managed platforms;
- Instructional Design Services – End-to-end design and development of custom eLearning solutions.
