COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY
Request for Qualified Suppliers (RFQS) is a method of supply used by Manitoba Hydro to procure goods and services as and when needed.
This RFQS establishes a two-stage procurement process. This first stage is the identification of Qualified Suppliers for specified categories of goods and/or services and the award of a Framework Agreement to each. A Framework Agreement is not a contract for the provision of goods and/or services.
The second stage of competitive procurement is conducted as and when Manitoba Hydro requires goods and/or services.
