What are the outstanding government directives against the units covered in the Tender Call as well as the most recent Category 1 and 5 test dates.
ANSWER
To the best of our knowledge all orders issues have been addressed. We are not aware of any outstanding orders. This contractor will not be responsible for any items identified within orders that may have been issued prior to Tender award; any such work orders to rectify current outstanding orders will be billed separately from this contract.

SCOPE
This invitation to tender consists of elevator full maintenance services for the NB regional offices.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the specifications of the tender. The Province reserves the right to award to the lowest compliant total bid in either each individual region, or a combination of regions based on the best value and options available.
Prior to contract award, the Department may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, may result in the disqualification of the vendor's bid.
SUBMITALS
Bidders are not required to bid on all regions, however when bidding on any regions you MUST offer pricing for every elevator within that region.
YOU MUST RETURN the attached "TENDER FORM" with your bid submission to be considered for a contract. Failure to return this document will result in the immediate
disqualification of your bid.
CONTRACT PERIOD
This contract shall be from May 1, 2023 until April 30, 2025 and may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon written mutual agreement.
VENDOR QUESTIONS
All inquiries should be received five (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than five (7) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
