INVITATION AUX DÉVELOPPEURS
Les développeurs sont invités à soumettre leur expression d'intérêt pour l'étape « préqualification » d'un projet majeur de développement, financement et opération d'immeubles à logements à être situé sur les terrains de l'Université de Moncton, selon les modalités d'un bail foncier de longue durée. Le projet considère deux parcelles de terrains ciblées pour ce besoin, l'une située au nord de l'avenue Morton au bout de l'avenue Crescent et l'autre longeant le quartier résidentiel reconnu comme « Sunny Brae ».
Les propositions adressées à Gabriel Cormier, vice-recteur à l'administration et aux ressources humaines et marquées;
« Proposition A, IMMEUBLE À LOGEMENTS - AVENUE CRESCENT, MONCTON »
« Proposition B, IMMEUBLE À LOGEMENTS - ZONE SUNNY BRAE »
seront reçues des proposants avant 11 heures, heure locale, le 1er février 2024, au 18 avenue Antonine-Maillet, Moncton (Nouveau-Brunswick) E1A 3E9, pavillon Léopold-Taillon, Service des achats au local 172. Les propositions peuvent également être déposées par courriel aux représentants du PROJET.
Les proposants ont l'option d'exprimer leur intérêt envers l'une ou l'autre des parcelles de façon individuelle ou en combinaison des deux.
