Production Print Equipment and Solutions

SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply, delivery, installation, training, service and maintenance of a fully integrated production print solution, on behalf of Service New Brunswick.

This contract shall be for a five (5) year lease term, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031.

REFERENCES
The Bidder must submit two (2) references from clients for whom the Bidder has provided similar work referenced in this call for tenders within the previous five (5) years. In addition to the references provided by the Bidder, the Department may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province to obtain information on the Bidder's past work performance within the previous two (2) years.

Failure to submit the required references or reference check results that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Bidder.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
This tender will be evaluated and awarded based on the overall lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements in Appendix A in the attached document.

A written agreement/contract, including a price sheet and Service Level Agreement will be executed with the successful bidder.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should NOT include taxes.

Unit Price MUST include Shipping/Delivery charges.

There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid.

DELIVERY AND PRICE
The successful bidder is required to deliver and install the goods at 230 Hilton Road, Industrial Park, Fredericton, NB, E3B 6B2.

Pricing shall remain firm for the duration of the contract period and shall be inclusive of all customs duties, surcharges, insurance premiums, permits and software license fees.

Bids MUST include pricing for any delivery and shipping charges to the Shipping Address above.

BIDDER QUESTIONS
All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
