SNB reserves the right to request proof to verify re-seller authorization prior to contract execution.
SNB will not be splitting the contract, the contract will be awarded to the Vendor with the lowest Total Bid Price, resulting in the lowest cost to SNB and meeting all other tender requirements.
Mandatory Submission Requirement - a completed copy of Attachment A MUST be completed in full and returned with the proponent's bid submission.
