Request for Proposal (RFP) FCNB-2026-01 - Regulatory Management

The Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (the "Commission") is seeking proposals for a modern bilingual (English and French) Regulatory Management System (RMS). The successful proponent will implement an existing commercially available bilingual hosted SaaS product as the basis for the RMS solution, including configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, documentation and training, and will provide ongoing hosting, maintenance and support services as set out in the RFP documents.

The Commission has established its internal resource allocations, operational planning, and project timelines based on the 8-week bid period and Closing Time specified in this notice. The Commission does not intend to extend the Closing Time, as changes to the bidding schedule will have operational and administrative implications for the procurement process and related project activities. The Commission however reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the Closing Time where it determines that an extension is appropriate in the circumstances.
