SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply, delivery and offloading of an electrical panel for a new electrical service on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.
SPECIFICATIONS
Please see the attached documents and reference drawing.
SUBMITTALS
Bidders should submit shop drawings as per Part I - Section 1.2 in the attached specifications with their bid submission.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest compliant total price bid and approval of shop drawings that meet the specifications listed within this document.
HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should NOT include taxes.
There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid.
All delivery / shipping charges MUST be included in the Unit Price.
DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
Bidder should deliver the goods on or before August 12, 2026. The delivery shall be FOB to the Bernice McNaughton High School, 999 St. George Blvd., Moncton, New Brunswick. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.
BIDDER QUESTIONS
All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
REQUIREMENTS
BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOW.
