SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the design, manufacture, testing and delivery of four (4) traffic signal poles completed with six (6) associated mast arms for the intersection of Hanwell Road and Greenview Drive in the City of Fredericton, on behalf of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure.

SPECIFICATIONS
Please refer to the attached specifications.

All material supplied shall comply with the applicable requirements of the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Standard Specifications for Highway Construction - January 2023.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.

Bids MUST include pricing for all shipping/delivery charges.

Please Note: There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Bidders should bid directly on this Invitation to Tender.

DELIVERY DATE
Bidders should deliver the goods on or before September 29, 2026, as per Section 3 of the attached specifications. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.

BIDDER QUESTIONS
All inquiries should be received five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.

BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOW.


Traffic Signal Pole: Type A

12m combination pole with 3m davit for luminaire, one (1) 7.5m mast arm and one (1) 3m mast arm.

Including anchor bolts, base plates and mounting hardware, pole caps and access doors and, all associated components required for a complete pole assembly.
