The Local Government is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to supply, implement, and configure an Engineering and Construction Project Management System to support the effective planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of municipal engineering and infrastructure projects.
The system is intended to manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from early concept development through design drawings, construction, and final project close out. The solution must support consistent project management practices while improving visibility, accountability, and decision making across the organization.
Collaboration is a key objective of this initiative. The Engineering and Construction Project Management System must enable effective collaboration among internal stakeholders, including engineering project managers, Engineering Department managers, and supervisors, as well as external stakeholders, such as consulting design engineers, contractors, and other project partners involved in project delivery.
The anticipated budget for this RFP is $300,000, which is intended to cover system implementation and first year license costs only. This budget does not include ongoing annual license fees, support services, or maintenance costs, which shall be clearly identified and priced separately by Proponents.
The Local Government seeks a solution that delivers long term value, supports current and future operational needs, and can scale to accommodate increasing project complexity and portfolio growth.
