Description
The Local Government is inviting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide corporate hearing testing services. These services will support the Local Government's Hearing Conservation Program and its ongoing obligations related to workplace health and safety.
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contractual arrangement for the delivery of audiometric testing services, including baseline and periodic hearing tests, as required by the Local Government. The Local Government anticipates that this represents a new or expanded service initiative, with implementation targeted for 2027, subject to budgetary approval. Services will be provided on an as#needed basis and administered through a controlled authorization, record#keeping, and invoicing process.
Proponents responding to this RFP should demonstrate their ability to deliver reliable, confidential, and compliant hearing testing services in accordance with the requirements set out in this document.
