Description
The City of Fredericton (the "Local Government") is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement services for its existing Geotab fleet telematics system.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is focused on securing a service-based engagement that delivers reliable, responsive, and performance-driven support for a complex municipal fleet environment. The Local Government is not seeking to replace its current telematics platform; rather, it is seeking to improve service delivery, system performance, and overall operational
effectiveness.
Proponents are expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of municipal fleet operations and provide a structured approach to service delivery, including account management, helpdesk support, technical services, and performance management.
