Winter Maintenance Services - Killarney, Dist. 5

SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of Winter Maintenance services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) for the Killarney Road area locations in District 5, NB, for a period of three (3) year from November 1, 2026 until October 31, 2029. With the option to renew for two (2) single year optional renewals upon mutual agreement.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Item 1 of the tender documents.

HOW TO FILL IN PRICING
There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender.

HOW TO FILL IN PRICING:
Unit Price = Price for one year
Extended Price = 1 Year Price (Unit Price x 1 Year)
Please ensure to also indicate the total bid price in the "Total Including all charges" space provided. The price bid shall not include HST.

WINTER MAINTENANCE SERVICES

FOR AREAS OFF OF KILLARNEY ROAD 05-26-E601R. LOCATIONS AND LEVEL OF SERVICE FOR EACH ROAD IS INCLUDED IN SCHEDULE "A" OF THE SPECIFICATIONS. CONTRACT IS FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2026, TO OCTOBER 31st 2029 WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) YEARS IN ONE (1) YEAR INCREMENTS AT THE SAME PRICE, CONDITIONS AND UPON WRITTEN AGREEMENT FROM BOTH PARTIES.
