    Description of Work: Work for this contract will completed over the course of two construction periods. The scope of work for the first tender package includes the renovation of the existing Library Space into a new shell space which will contain the future kitchen expansion and the installation of a new three (3) compartment sink in the existing kitchen. Work includes demolition, floor levelling, upgrades to fire separations, fire and smoke seals, new finishes, and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems located at Glace Bay High School, 201 Reserve Street, Glace Bat, NS, B1A 4E3.
