VT SCADA System Upgrade Design and Construction Management Services

The Municipality is requesting non-binding Proposals for detailed design and multi-year phased construction support services to upgrade its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The scope of services shall include the design, selection, construction tender development and support, as well as commissioning oversight of all controls, instrumentation, hardware, and software to support the Municipality’s requirements for to convert the existing Municipal-wide Surfline-based SCADA system hardware and software to VT SCADA for the Municipality’s infrastructure network. Proposals should include a Technical Submission with a comprehensive comparison of the equipment manufacturers being proposed and provide sufficient information to detail that the proposal meets or exceeds the requirements outlined within the proposal deliverables.
