RFC - Rainbow Haven Beach Provincial Parking Lot Improvements

This Request for Construction Tender (the “RFC”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for RFC - Rainbow Haven Beach Provincial Parking Lot Improvements (BNS-2627-0045) , as further described in the RFC Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFC is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. Rainbow Haven Beach Provincial Park is a beach park located 8 km east of Quigley’s Corner near Cole Harbour in the Halifax Metro region. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete parking lot improvements located at Rainbow Haven Beach Provincial Park for a Combined Unit Price and Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation (clearing and grubbing), excavation, backfilling, grading, drainage construction, asphalt paving of a portion of gravel parking areas, line painting, crusher dust pedestrian path, gravel pads, and the installation of site furnishings such as post, fencing and concrete parking stall curbs.
