Description
The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms to support the recruitment of a Chief of Police. The selected firm will work with CBRM and the Police Board to carry out a confidential search process, including candidate outreach, screening, and support throughout the selection process. This work is intended to identify a qualified and experienced policing leader who can effectively lead the service and work collaboratively with the community, the Police Board, and municipal leadership.
