Cape Breton University (CBU) is accepting Sealed Tender Offers to convert the former NSCC Marconi Building, A-Wing ground floor from an administrative space to a Collaborative Medical Clinic. This work comprises demolition, precast demolition, exterior siding, interior architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, specialty fittings and finishes, and all associated work, as indicated by the attached Tender Drawings and Specifications. The work includes multiple examination rooms, a waiting area, staff areas, a lab, collaborative space, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
