RFP - Prime Architectural Consultant Services Health Care Facility Planning

This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') as represented herein by the Minister of Internal Services, for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority ('NSHA', and together with the Province, 'Nova Scotia'), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Health Care Facility Planning Master Planning and Preliminary Design Prime Architectural Consultant Services (Prime Consultant) for Dartmouth General Hospital, Cobequid Community Health Centre, and Nova Scotia Hospital - Mental Health and Addictions Campus as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The Province is seeking the services of Prime Architectural Consultant Services with expertise in health care facility planning to provide project management and architectural services while engaging the proper disciplinary expertise required to execute the deliverables, as further described in the Deliverables.
