This Request for Quotation (the 'RFQ') issued by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') as represented herein by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia, for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority ('NSHA', and together with the Province, 'Nova Scotia'), is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Vehicle Lease for NSHA as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables").
