In general, the Work of this contract includes but is not limited to: construction of a new seasonal log cabin(s) complete with, site grading and surface water management, solar panel system, fixtures, construction of driveway extension; firepit area, walkway to cabin entry, and landscaping including topsoil and sod, for complete and fully functioning log cabin.
