RFP - Information & Communications Technology (“ICT”) Services

The objective of this RFP is to secure a proponent to provide the following: • WAN Services between the Halifax Convention Centre facility and corporate services, Scotiabank Centre. • Data Services to provide dedicated, symmetrical circuits at Scotiabank Centre, corporate offices, and Halifax Convention Centre capable of supporting daily operations and scalable to support event delivery requirements • Mobile Services • Enterprise LAN & WLAN Replacement; and • Sponsorship component that delivers measurable marketing and brand integration value across Events East venues, enhancing guest experiences while recognizing the exclusivity and promotional benefits offered. Events East has the right not to award all of the components listed above.
