    Description
    The Municipality of the County of Inverness invites proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional services for a detailed design site closure plan including tender specifications of an existing Construction and Demolition debris disposal cell at the Kenloch Waste Management Facility. The closure must comply with the Nova Scotia Environment and Climate Change. In addition, the Municipality is seeking the preparation of a solar array feasibility study to assess the potential for renewable energy generation on the capped cell and other suitable site areas supporting local sustainability and long-term capital planning goals.
