a. Supply & Place: Spreader Patching $ per tonne
b. Supply & Place: Hand Patching $ per tonne
c. Bulk Sales (at Plant) $ per tonne
d. Asphalt grinding $ per sq. meter

Volume: Estimated total of 350 tonne (approx. 60% hand - 40% spreader).
