MODL is seeking proposals for the development of community park plans and conceptual designs focused on improving potential indoor and outdoor recreation opportunities for diverse user groups at the MARC and Wiles Lake Park. The planning and design process should consider both the historical and current uses of the MARC and Wiles Lake Park sites. Please see attached documents for more information.
