Lake Major Alternative Pumping Arrangement Pump Floatation System

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP P04.2026 - Lake Major Water Treatment Alternative Pumping Arrangement Pump Floatation System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Proponents intending to submit a Proposal for this competition shall contact the Procurement Officer to request the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Upon receipt of the Proponent-signed NDA, the Procurement Officer will grant the Proponent access to the designated solicitation documents.
