Supply Three (3) 2026 or Newer ½ Ton Extended Cab 4WD and Two (2) 2026 or Newer ¾ Ton Extended Cab 4

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply Three (3) 2026 or Newer ½ Ton Extended Cab 4WD and Two (2) 2026 or Newer ¾ Ton Extended Cab 4WD Pickup Trucks with Plow Packages, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Halifax Water will accept a submission for either vehicle category or both categories listed in this RFX. Respondents may choose to submit: • A submission for the full quantity of ½ ton extended cab 4WD trucks (three units), or • A submission for the full quantity of ¾ ton extended cab 4WD trucks with plow packages (two units), or • A combined submission covering all five units. Partial submissions for fewer than the total quantity within a category will not be accepted. Halifax Water reserves the right to award each category separately or as a combined contract based on best overall value.
