The Municipality of Queens (Municipality) is requesting Proposals from qualified Design-Build
Contractors to undertake the design and construction of a new outdoor 25 m pool, therapy pool and building expansion for required support spaces to be constructed adjacent to the existing Queens Place Emera Centre.
