SCADA Cybersecurity Services

Municipal Shared Services (MSS), operating under the legal name Municipal Joint Services Board (MJSB), invites qualified firms to submit responses to this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) on behalf of the Town of Bridgewater (TOB), Public Service Commission of Bridgewater (PSCB), the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg (MODL), and the Town of Mahone Bay (TOMB). The purpose of this RFPQ is to identify and shortlist qualified respondents with demonstrated experience in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT), and cybersecurity services related to critical water and wastewater infrastructure. This RFPQ represents the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Respondents shortlisted through this process may be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP), which will include detailed project requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria. The anticipated scope includes cybersecurity assessments of water and wastewater treatment facilities and associated SCADA and operational technology environments, with the objective of improving cybersecurity resilience and supporting future risk mitigation initiatives. All procurement documents, communications, addenda, and electronic submissions will be managed through the Bonfire Portal. Respondents must submit their responses electronically through Bonfire.
