Description
The Town is seeking proposals with regard to the preparation of a tender package, complete with drawings and specifications for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) upgrade and expansion, along with supplying Class “A” cost estimates, a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Application for Approval submission support to Nova Scotia Department of Environment and Climate Change (NSECC), Tendering support, and construction support, as further specified within this Request for Proposal (RFP).
