Pelham St Reconstruction Phase 2

The Work includes provision of all labour, equipment, and materials to complete the reconstruction of PHASE 2 of the Pelham Street Reconstruction project. The extents of Phase 2 are from 3.0m past the intersection with Prince Street to Hopson Street, as indicated in the drawings. Generally, it is intended that the Work will include, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of the following items of work and approximate quantities described in the Schedule of Quantities:
