To supply and deliver the following to the Town Of Lunenburg’s Wastewater Treatment Plant at 125 Starr Street, Lunenburg, NS B0J2C0 Dry flocculation agent with cationic charge approximately 2,000kg. Liquid flocculation agent with liquid cationic dispersion approximately 2,150kg. • Delivery truck must have a power tail gate to allow dock level unloading of pallets. Please attach with your completed Quotation the following additional information: □ Supplier to hold price until March 31, 2026 □ Operator to call supplier to arrange orders and delivery □ Delivery truck must have power tail gate to allow dock level unloading of pallets □ Supplier is required maintain a minimum stock at a local warehouse □ Supplier must provide Material Safety Data Sheets □ Any alternative polymers must provide testing methods and testing results for all changing weather conditions
