Description
Through this RFP, the WCB is seeking one to five service providers to help us bring our service delivery vision for workplace psychological injuries to life. The Successful Proponent(s) must be open to innovation and flexible solutions, in addition to being capable of providing investigation and/or mediation services for these claims. Investigation services will be used exclusively in instances where the WCB’s Entitlement Decision Maker requires additional evidence to determine if the psychological injury is wholly or predominantly related to a compensable incident, as defined in legislation. Successful Proponent(s) are expected to conduct comprehensive and impartial investigations and gathering of evidence. Conversely, mediation services will be employed after a claim is accepted and when there is indication that the RTW process for a GOS claim may be expedited with the assistance of mediation.
