IMPORTANT NOTE: THERE IS A MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE TOUR STARTING AT 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY JUNE 6, 2024. PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 3.4 OF THE RFT FOR FURTHER INFORMATION AND SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM ON THE 3RD PAGE PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE SITE TOUR.
The attached Instructions to Bidders and Bid Forms is for the replacement of the J Wing Roof at Michael Garron Hospital, 825 Coxwell Avenue, Toronto, ON M4C 3E7. Technical documents and product specifications form an integral part of this RFT process and are distributed with the RFT Documents. Please refer to Appendix 3 for a list of technical documents issued at the time of issuance of this RFT.
The project is to be substantially performed by August 30, 2024.
Note that this RFT includes a contractor qualifications stage. Please refer to Article 6 Tender Evaluations for evaluation criteria that will be used to assess qualifications of Bidders.
