Electronic Content Management Implementation Partner (Sharepoint)

The Town of Whitby is undertaking a strategic initiative to modernize how it manages records and digital content through implementation of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. Built on Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview, this solution will support secure, compliant, and efficient information governance across the organization. To support this initiative, the Town is seeking a Microsoft-approved Solutions Partner for Phase 1 of the Town’s ECM implementation that will leverage Microsoft 365 tools for content management, records retention, and information security.
